For baking, it is better to take a pork neck or a good piece of tenderloin with a thin layer of fat.

You can bake pork in a sleeve, foil, or simply by laying it in a multicooker bowl.

Recipe 1. Pork baked in a slow cooker with onions.

Ingredients

  • 5 g of mustard;

  • pork - half a kilogram;

  • Provencal herbs - two pinches;

  • two onions;

  • sunflower oil - 30 ml;

  • half a lemon;

  • garlic - two cloves;

  • sugar.

Cooking method

1. We clean and chop the bulbs with thin rings. Cut the half of the lemon into thin slices. Free the garlic from the husk and cut into plates.

2. We wash the pork under running water, dry it with napkins and cut into slices two centimeters thick. We spread the meat in a deep dish, add onion, lemon slices and garlic to it. Salt and sprinkle with sugar. Mix, rubbing the spices thoroughly into the meat. We cover the dishes with a lid and leave to marinate for an hour.

3. Transfer the pork into the crock-pot. We activate the function "Frying" and fry the meat on both sides until light brown.

Recipe 2. Baked pork in a slow cooker with prunes

Ingredients

  • 700 g of pork pulp;

  • salt;

  • 200 g of bacon;

  • black pepper;

  • 200 g of prunes;

  • four cloves of garlic;

  • 50 g of blue cheese.

Cooking method

1. Peel and chop the garlic with a garlic squeezer in a deep plate, add salt and pepper to it. Mix.

2. Wash the pork thoroughly and wipe it with a napkin. Cut the meat into slices and beat each one lightly. We lay the pork on the table in a continuous layer. Rub the meat with a garlic mixture.
