In South Korea, police arrested a man who constantly stole women's shoes with heels, causing him a sense of irritation and aggression. Crimes were committed in the southern part of Busan.
The reason for such a strange behavior of the Korean was in his personal complexes, and more precisely in low growth (165 centimeters), because of which the representative of the stronger sex could not fully enjoy life. Most of the women with whom the short man wanted to meet were taller than him, but even those women who were born with inches were “on top” thanks to heels.
In Korea, it is customary to take off shoes before entering various institutions, and this is what a short man used. High-heeled shoes and sandals disappeared for several months at the entrance to schools, restaurants, and apartment buildings. The fate of the stolen shoes was not enviable; it was found in garbage bins installed in the park area and containers in sleeping areas.
The police decided that the person who committed this kind of crime has a sexual pathology, they made their mistake only after the arrest of the offender, when they shed light on a strange story.
It was possible to detect the thief thanks to a video surveillance camera, which was installed near the site of another crime.
It is still not known exactly what consequences the theft of high-heeled shoes among the fair sex will lead to and whether it will be necessary to bear criminal liability for such a crime.
