Deputies of the State Duma demonstrated an amazing breadth of soul this week, proposing to pay the divorced mothers a allowance of 15,000 rubles per month. It is curious that these figures are the minimum payment, while a quite significant amount in the future will also increase. The project under discussion is aimed at supporting minors who have lost material support from their parents.

Cash payments are provided for the children of the so-called deviators. Unfortunately, the situation where the father of the child does not want to participate in family life without contacting and by any means dodging the payment of alimony, a significant part of Russian women know firsthand.

But you should not rush to divorce your beloved spouse, because the state, although it assumes full financial obligations for the maintenance of such a child, makes this broad gesture unselfishly. After all, all the hardships on material support of a minor, ultimately, will fall on the shoulders of his father, all of which the bailiffs will be thrown to search for and prosecute.

The advantages of this project seem obvious - every abandoned child will be able to receive money guaranteed by the state, and the role of the sniffer dog will be played not by the divorced woman, but by the state interested in this. Perhaps the desire to compensate for the money spent will force officials to become more active in developing methods to combat malicious defaulters.

On the other hand, the idea of the project seems utopian - firstly, the mechanisms for finding and prosecuting an unlucky parent are very vague. If at present most of the fathers go into the shadows with the help of fake certificates of ridiculous salaries or even declare themselves bankrupt, registering property for other family members - what will prevent you from continuing in the same vein in the future? Secondly, the amount itself does not inspire confidence among Russians - in comparison with the fifty-ruble allowance for caring for a child from 1.5 to 3 years old or conditional payments to single mothers, this figure seems somewhat unrealistic and fantastic.

It is not for the first time that oxygen has been proposed to block malicious defaulters and deviators. The first call for frivolous fathers was a ban on traveling abroad - failure to pay child support for many turned out to be an unpleasant surprise directly at the border. They also try to appeal to the conscience of their parents with the help of public censure, offering to publish information about draft evaders in public, and in some places photos of defaulters already decorate city stands.
