The popularity of lazy dishes is well-founded - they save valuable time, and at the same time they turn out to be as satisfying and tasty as high-grade dishes.

Ordinary cabbage rolls, although visually beautiful, taste little different from lazy ones. Therefore, you can safely, without spending a lot of time and effort, build excellent lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker.

Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker - general principles

The preparation of any dish begins with the preparation of products. Lazy cabbage rolls include cabbage, vegetables, minced meat, and sometimes cereals.

White cabbage, Savoy or Beijing cabbage is taken. There is no need to boil it; it is enough to rinse, dry and grind with straws or a cube, you can also use a special grater. It is advisable to slightly salt the cabbage of the late varieties and mash with your hands so that it releases juices and turns out tender.

For the meat component of the dish, any kind of meat is taken: beef, pork, poultry. The meat is twisted in a meat grinder, minced salt and pepper. It is acceptable to use fish.

Of cereals, rice is preferred, it blends perfectly with other products. It is pre-boiled until half cooked.

The remaining vegetables: tomatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers and others are also chopped and added to the total mass. For saturation, it is advisable to pre-passer them by adding butter or vegetable oil.

No less important component of the dish is gravy; they cook it based on your taste: from sautéed vegetables, tomato paste, sour cream.

When serving, sprinkle with greens in a serving and pour over all kinds of sauces.

1. Lazy cabbage rolls in a multicooker in the form of a casserole

Ingredients:

• head of savoy cabbage;

• ground beef - half a kilogram;

• two onions and carrots;

• long grain rice - an incomplete glass;

• sour cream - 200 g;

• ketchup - 50 g;

• salt, seasoning - 10 g each;

• frying oil - 50 ml.

Cooking method:

1. My cabbage, chopped with a thin straw, chopped carrots on a grater, chopped onion with a knife.

2. Rinse thoroughly.

3. Mix vegetables with rice, add salt and seasoning.

4. Add ground beef and mix again.

5. Pour oil into the capacity of the multicooker, put the prepared mass.

6. For gravy, put ketchup in the sour cream diluted with water, mix thoroughly.

7. Pour the contents of the multicooker with sauce, close the lid and bake in the “baking” mode for 60 minutes.

8. Serve on plates, cut the casserole in portions, put a bowl next to it with a sauce made from sour cream and herbs.

2. Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

• ordinary cabbage - half a head of cabbage;

• long grain cereal - 1 cup without a slide;

• minced pork - a small cup;

• sour cream - 1 glass;

• tomato puree - 50 g;

• butter - a small piece;

• frying oil - 1 cup;

• two onions and carrots;

• salt, seasoning - 10 g each;

• Lavrushka - 2 leaves;

• parsley, dill - 3 branches each.

Cooking method:

1. Pour oil into the multicooker cup, heat it in the “baking” mode, spread the chopped onions with carrots.

2. Add washed rice, mix with vegetables.

3. Pour in water, bring to a boil and cook for several minutes at the previously established mode.

4. Prepared minced pork spread on the entire surface of vegetables with rice.

5. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, sprinkle with salt, wring it with your hands and lay it in an even layer on the stuffing.

6. In another bowl, mix sour cream with tomato puree, salt, pour seasoning, put lavrushka and butter, stir well, fill in the contents of the multicooker.

7. The device switches to the "rice" mode and bake the lazy cabbage rolls a little less than half an hour.

3. Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker in the form of cutlets

Ingredients:

• a small head of ordinary cabbage;

• Krasnodar rice - 125 g;

• minced pork and beef - half a kilogram;

• a couple of onion heads;

• 3 eggs;

• allspice powder, salt - 20 g each

For the sauce:

• onions, carrots - 2 pcs.;

• 6 tomatoes;

• sour cream - 1 incomplete glass;

• leaf of lavrushka;

• a pinch of salt;

• frying oil - 30 ml.

Cooking method:

1. We chop the onions with a knife, carrots - on a grater, put everything in the capacity of the multicooker, pour in a little oil and fry until golden on the "frying" mode.

2. We wash the rice, boil on the stove in a separate deep container until half ready.

3. Mix in a small bowl sautéed vegetables and rice.

4. For the sauce, three carrots on a grater with small teeth, chop the onion with a knife, fry in a multicooker container until the onions are transparent in the "frying" mode. Add the skimmed tomatoes, spread the sour cream, salt, and simmer for several minutes.

5. In a cup with rice and vegetables, spread the minced meat, cabbage, shredded with small crumbs, add the eggs, add salt, pepper, stir well.

6. From the prepared meat, we form cutlets with a diameter of 5 cm, put them in a container with sauce, add the lavrushka.

7. Turn on the "quenching" mode, simmer a little less than an hour.

8. Serve lazy cabbage rolls, pouring the sauce in which they were stewed, decorate with parsley leaves.

4. Diet lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

• minced chicken - a small cup;

• Krasnodar rice groats - 1 glass without a slide;

• salt, mixed black and red pepper - a small pinch;

• cabbage - a small head of cabbage;

• a couple of onions and carrots;

• parsley - a bunch;

• 1 celery root.

Cooking method:

1. Shred the cabbage in strips, finely chop the onion, three carrots on a fine grater.

2. Pour oil into the capacity of the multicooker, put cabbage, onions, carrots, washed rice, add salt, and pepper.

3. On the cabbage with vegetables and rice, put the minced meat, finely chopped celery root and parsley on it.

4. Set the slow cooker to the “baking” mode and fry all the ingredients for several minutes with constant stirring (in case of evaporation of the liquid, you can add a little water).

5. Switch to the "stew" mode, cook the lazy cabbage rolls in the slow cooker for another 30 minutes.

6. When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley.

5. Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with pollock

Ingredients:

• pollock - 3 medium-sized fishes;

• cabbage - a small part of the head of cabbage;

• onion head;

• any rice groats - 1 glass;

• 50 ml of milk;

• 2 eggs;

• a couple of carrots;

• 1 cup of any broth;

• 1.5 handfuls of flour;

• tomato - 50 g;

• frying oil - 30 ml;

• pepper, salt - 20 g each

Cooking method:

1. Gutted fish, separate the ridge from the pulp. Grind the pulp in a meat grinder, adding a small onion.

2. Three cabbage on a fine grater, salt, wring hands.

3. In a cup with chopped fish and onions, add boiled cereals, cabbage, seasoning, milk, eggs, stir well.

4. From the minced meat we form slightly elongated cutlets, put them in the multicooker capacity in the heated oil, fry in the “frying” mode on both sides.

5. Prepare the sauce: fry chopped onions with carrots in a separate frying pan with butter, put tomato puree, simmer for 2 minutes, dilute with a glass of any broth or plain water, add flour. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes and remove from heat.

6. Pour the fried cabbage rolls into the sauce and simmer for 25 minutes in the “stew” mode.

6. Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker with champignons without mincemeat

Ingredients:

• a small head of cabbage;

• 4 fresh champignons;

• two onions and carrots;

• rice - 200 g;

• a tablespoon of tomato;

• a pinch of salt and black pepper powder;

• 20 g of granulated sugar;

• frying oil - 20 ml;

• 2 leaves of lavrushka.

Cooking method:

1. Cut the cabbage into small cubes.

2. We clean the champignons, wash them, cut them into plates, and boil them after boiling water for 5 minutes.

3. Cut the carrots into strips, chop the onion with a knife.

4. Put champignons in the capacity of the multicooker with warmed oil, fry for several minutes in the "baking" mode with frequent stirring.

5. Spread vegetables to the mushrooms, fry for a few more minutes.

6. In a separate cup we put tomato paste, dilute with water, add salt, pepper, pour sugar, add lavrushka.

Lazy cabbage rolls in a slow cooker - tricks and tips

• Lazy cabbage rolls will turn out delicious if you use minced meat from tenderloin and fatty layers, a large number of vegetables. If you see that the cabbage you cut is not too juicy, salt it and crush it with your hands. Also, juiciness will be added with pre-cooked onions and carrots. If the total mass for lazy stuffed cabbage turned out to be liquid, add a little flour or bread crumbs to it.

• If you cook lazy cabbage rolls in the form of meatballs, meatballs, then before stewing, fry them quickly in well-heated oil to a crust.

• Also, lazy cabbage rolls will turn out to be tender and juicy if, when forming cutlets, put a small piece of butter in the center of each.

• If the prepared sauce has boiled or turned out in a small amount, just pour a little boiling water during the process of stewing.
