• 300g mayonnaise;

• 2 cucumbers;

• 7 quail eggs (boil).

Cooking method

1. Put one cake on a plate, lightly grease and cover with a second cake, it is better to grease it. Set aside a couple of crab sticks, cut everything else. We spread half on the cake, make a mayonnaise net, cover with a new cake, we also coat it.

2. Rub or chop eggs, spread, grease and cover.

This is a variant of the cake from sticks that will be cake layers. It is important to choose large and long sticks, they should fully unfold to a rectangle or square. • 10 sticks;

• three boiled eggs;

Split crab cake with rice

If there is no detachable form, then you can use the confectionery ring or come up with something else. It's just that in layers, like a salad is collected, nothing will work out, since it will be necessary to ram the products.

Ingredients

• 100 g of rice;

• 250 g of mayonnaise;

• 0.25 g sticks;

• 0.17 kg of cheese (can be processed);

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 4 eggs (boil);

• 1 tomato;

• herbs, spices.

Cooking method

1. Prepare rice in salted water, throw it in a colander. After cooling, add a little greens to it, just a few twigs, it will make the layer more beautiful, put a spoonful of mayonnaise, stir and transfer to a split ring mounted on a flat dish.

2. Finely chop the sticks, put them on top of the rice, grease and tamp. Then we do the same with finely chopped tomatoes; you do not need to cover it with sauce.

3. We rub the egg whites and cheese into a separate bowl, stir between them, add chopped garlic cloves, but you can make a salad without them. Now this mixture is laid on tomatoes, the coat is well smeared.

4. We remove the cake and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

5. Gently twist and remove the ring. Rub on top the boiled yolks that remain, sprinkle the sides of the cake with herbs. For decoration, you can use tomatoes or crab sticks.

Crab cake (with red fish)

Another version of the cake with unrolled sticks. A fairly simple and quick recipe. You can take hard cheese or mix it in half with processed cheese. Salted red fish is used, it can be pink salmon, salmon or any other species.

Ingredients

• 7-8 large sticks;

• 120 g of fish;

• five eggs;

• 200 g of cheese;

• some mayonnaise;

• 3 tablespoons of corn;

• 5-8 olives.

Cooking method

1. Start by boiling eggs and thawing sticks, as this takes the most time. Cool eggs, peel, grate in a bowl. Also rub cheese or two kinds to them, sometimes a little cottage cheese is added, which can also be done.

2. Cut the red fish into slices, not large, pour into the total mass. Introduce mayonnaise, herbs and spices to taste. Stir.

• mayonnaise for smearing;

• 0.13 kg of cheese;

Cooking method

1. We lay one cake on top, smearing with a thin layer of mayonnaise so that they stick together a little. Next, rub the eggs, add a little mayonnaise, stir and grease the first layer, cover with dry waffle cake.

2. Rub 2/3 of the sticks, mix with mayonnaise, spread, cover.

3. Now we rub the cheese, we also dress it separately with the sauce, spread it.

4. Grind the remaining sticks, add chopped fish to them, but not all, half is enough, season with sauce, grease the cake and cover again.

5. Lubricate the last wafer with mayonnaise, lay out the remaining fish, cut into neat plates, decorate the cake with greens.

Crab cake with olives and green onions

This cake is also made from sticks and waffle cakes, but it differs from previous versions in a spicy taste and a difficult combination of products. It is advisable to choose olives immediately without seeds, so that you can quickly cut.

Ingredients

• can of olives;

• 5 cakes;

• 400 g sticks;

• mayonnaise;

• 5 eggs;

• 2 bunches of onions;

• 12 g of garlic;

• 150 g of cheese.

Cooking method

1. Grate cheese in one bowl, eggs in another, sticks in a third, chop green onions separately, split in half.

2. The olives are cut into small cubes, you can slightly set aside for decoration. Pour the crushed product to the eggs, add mayonnaise, stir.

3. Squeeze the garlic to the cheese, also season with mayonnaise.

4. Mix the chopsticks with half the onion, season, stir.

Crab Cake - Tips & Tricks

• To reduce the fat content of the snack cake, you can mix mayonnaise with sour cream or partially coat with it some layers, for example, cheese or eggs.

• If juicy products, such as pickled or fresh cucumbers, are added to the cake, then they must be squeezed after slicing. From tomatoes it is better to immediately remove seeds with watery parts.
