A delicious and bright summer-style dish - a casserole with corn and cottage cheese - will not leave indifferent either adults or children. Delicate taste, rich colors, pleasant texture - all this will make this dish one of your favorites.

During a family dinner, such a dish will surely not leave anyone hungry, and if something remains in the morning, then in the cold, a delicious casserole will become an excellent breakfast. It is not difficult to cook it, there is not a single reason that it does not work out. Products for her need the most affordable: cottage cheese, canned corn, herbs and a small piece of cheese. You can choose the greens to your taste or not put it in the dish at all, if you don’t like it.

You can add the piquant casserole by adding 1-2 chopped cloves of garlic to the cottage cheese (but this is not for everybody). This dish always gives place to your imagination: changing, complementing, experimenting is exactly what turns simple cooking into art. Now let's create.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese - 300 g

Flour - 4 tbsp. l

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Corn - 1 jar

Cheese - 150 g

Dill greens -1 bunch

Salt, pepper - to taste.

Recipe.

In one container we combine cottage cheese, eggs and corn grains. The liquid from canned corn is pre-drained. Mix the ingredients, add salt and pepper.

We chop fresh dill. Do not forget to wash and dry it beforehand. Mix all the ingredients again. I must say that, adding the next component of the recipe, you should carefully intervene, since the dough for the casserole is quite dense.

Grind a piece of hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the ingredients.

The next ingredient is flour. It is needed to give the dish some density. Instead of 4 tablespoons of flour, you can put 3, and one will replace the false corn or potato starch: this will make the casserole more airy.

We shift the mass into a baking dish, lubricating it with a small amount of butter or vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of 180 degrees. Depending on whether you cook small casseroles for everyone at the table or one large, the cooking time can vary from 20 to 30 minutes. We check readiness with a wooden skewer.

Ready casserole with corn and cottage cheese can be served in a ceramic mold or removed and cut into pieces. A hot, slightly warm or completely chilled snack will be a real sensation at the table. Try it and see for yourself.
