Salad "Chicken with pineapple"

Cooking method

  5. Finish with cheese. So that it does not dry out, we press the layer with a spoon and lightly grease it with mayonnaise.
  6. Immediately cover the salad, it is better to stretch with cling film, put in the refrigerator until the next day. Before serving, sprinkle with fried walnut kernels.

You can store such a salad in the refrigerator for two days. Very often soaked prunes and fresh cucumbers are added to such a salad, but it is better not to do this. These products contain water, secrete juice, reduce shelf life.

Turkey boiled pork

You cannot eat pork on this festive night, so we are looking for an alternative. A turkey breast is excellent for making boiled pork. It is large, fleshy, but it is quickly baked. Especially after preliminary pickling. Such cold boiled pork will remain in the refrigerator for up to four days. You can freeze it.

Ingredients

  • 1-1.3 kg of turkey;
  • 4 tbsp. l salts;
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 10 tablespoons of soy sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 1 tbsp. l mustard.

Cooking method

  1. Dissolve salt in water, immerse turkey. If there are films on the breast, then remove. We throw laurel at will, crush peas of pepper. Leave to soak in salt for four hours.
  2. Mix honey with soy sauce and mustard. We take out the turkey from the saline solution, wipe with napkins, we stuff with pieces of garlic. Dip into the cooked sauce. Turn over periodically. Pickle another hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Put the turkey into the mold, pour the rest of the sauce on top. Put in the oven for 20 minutes. Then turn off the oven.
  4. Leave the turkey in the oven until it cools, do not open the door. Then we transfer it to the container, put it in the refrigerator.

Shelf life is three days.

The same boiled pork can be made from chicken, in which case the baking time is reduced to 12 minutes, the breast is also left in the oven until it cools completely.

Layer cake with fish and caviar

A variant of a snack cake with fish filling. For the test, ready-made puff pastry is used, we choose without yeast in the composition. During the day it is perfectly saturated, and in the refrigerator it will last up to two or three days. Much of the time depends on the freshness of fish and caviar.

Ingredients

  • 200 g puff pastry;
  • 400 g of cottage cheese;
  • 300 g salted fish;
  • 60 g of red caviar;
  • 1 bunch of dill.

Cooking method

  1. Roll out a piece of dough, cut into four parts. We pierce the cakes with a fork, at 200 degrees bake quickly, cool.
  2. Cut red fish into thin slices. Just stir the cheese. Lubricate cakes, cover with a layer of fish, make a cake.
  3. Top the cake with cheese. We put in the refrigerator soak. Before serving the sides of the table, sprinkle with dill, decorate the top with caviar. You can scatter it or lay it in piles.

The salad is quietly stored in the refrigerator for two days.

You can use boiled eggs for the filling, sprinkle with lemon juice over the fish. But do not use fresh vegetables, they will give juice.

Amazing Wings

You still can’t do without a hot meal on the festive table. If time is short, then you need to choose the fastest, which will be prepared in a few minutes. The way out is these wings.

We pickle them in advance for 1-3 days, on a festive night we send them for half an hour to the oven.

While the table is set, the main course is cooked.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of wings;
  • 150 ml of soy sauce;
  • 1 spoon of honey;
  • 1 spoon of ketchup;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

Cooking method

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients. Melt honey if necessary. If desired, if the ketchup is not sharp, pour a little pepper.

Ingredients

  • 30 g of gelatin;
  • 300 g of sea cocktail;
  • 1 squid;
  • 1 liter of broth;
  • 4 branches of dill;
  • 4 slices of lemon;
  • 8 olives.

Cooking method

  1. We prepare the broth from any fish, season with salt to taste. Filter, cool the glass and soak the gelatin in it.
  2. Boil peeled squid for 1.5 minutes in boiling water. Then cut into rings. We simply fill in the sea cocktail with boiling water and let it stand for five minutes, pour it into a colander.
  3. Take a rounded bowl or salad bowl. Mix the dissolved gelatin with the rest of the broth, pour a layer of about 1.5 cm. Lower the branches of dill, put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  4. We take out the salad bowl, put in it a sea cocktail, squid rings, lemon and olives. Pour the rest of the broth. We stand until the next day in the refrigerator.
  5. Put the prepared aspic in a bowl of hot water and turn it over to the dish after a few seconds.

For the broth, you can take any fish, but tastier is a decoction of bones, heads, fins of salmon. For aroma during cooking, you can add the onion, carrot, roots or lemon peel.

What else can you cook in advance

Here is just an example of dishes that can be made in advance and free up time on December 31. If you try a little in advance, then you can set a chic table in half an hour.

What else to cook in advance:

  • vegetables and eggs for salads;
  • cake, pastries and other desserts;
  • compotes, fruit drinks;
  • pickled, pickled vegetables, mushrooms;
  • salted, pickled fish.

Be sure to buy ready-made tartlets of different sizes, bread and butter, fish and caviar for sandwiches for the holiday. With them, you can set the table very quickly. And remember that the shelf life and freshness of dishes will primarily depend on the quality of the starting ingredients.
