American scientists have found that flexible work hours have a beneficial effect on the quality of sleep.

Volunteers who took part in the experiment were 500 employees of one of the corporations. Some of them independently determined the schedule of their work, others observed the developed hard mode of work tied to the time and day of the week.

After a year of observations, experts noted that those workers who themselves determined the balance of work and rest showed better efficiency in solving production problems and their sleep was stronger and healthier than those who worked according to a given pattern.
