Ingredients

12 potatoes;

egg;

200 ml of refined sunflower oil;

350 g minced pork;

80 g flour;

100 g breadcrumbs;

Cooking method

1. Put the minced pork in a preheated pan with oil and fry, stirring constantly, until the meat becomes lighter.

2. Add minced and chopped onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper.

3. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Put in minced meat. Stir and continue to fry the meat with vegetables until cooked. Place the filling in a bowl and cool completely.

4. Peeled potatoes cut into large pieces and put in a large pan, pour the vegetable with purified water, salt and put on fire. Cook over low heat until soft.

5. Drain the water from the boiled potato and cool for five minutes. Beat a raw egg and mash potatoes with an egg in a smooth smooth smoothie. Add flour and knead the dough. It should be tight enough.

6. Make small cakes from potato dough. Put the filling in the middle and form an ozra shape. Bread zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve warm or hot with sour cream.

Recipe 2. Potato zrazy with meat in the oven

Ingredients

ten potatoes;

salt;

two egg yolks;

black pepper;

400 g of boiled pork;

30 g flour;

30 g of starch.

Cooking method

1. Boil peeled potatoes and a piece of pork until cooked in a separate bowl. Drain the broth and water from the potatoes and meat and cool. Then pass them through the meat grinder separately.

2. Peel the onion, chop it in small cubes and fry in oil until soft. Add the fried onions to the meat, salt it, pepper and mix well.

3. Add egg yolks, flour and starch to the potatoes. Knead the dough. By consistency, it should be elastic and slightly stick to your hands.

4. Take a little dough with wet hands and make a cake. Put some meat filling in the center and cover the edges. Put zrazy in hot oil and fry on both sides until light brown.

5. Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Spread the fried zrazy on a baking sheet. Then send them to the oven, preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes. Serve hot zrazy with sour cream.

Recipe 3. Potato zrazy with meat and mushrooms

Ingredients

kg of potatoes;

salt;

half a kilogram of minced meat;

spice;

300 g of mushrooms;

vegetable oil;

three eggs;

breadcrumbs;

onion head;

100 g of fresh herbs.

Cooking method

1. Peel the potatoes, wash them well, add potable water, slightly salt and boil until soft.

2. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp towel and cut into small pieces. Finely chop the peeled onion. Grind greens in the same way as onions.

3. Put mushrooms in a preheated pan with butter, add half the onion to them and fry them all together until golden brown.

4. Add the second half of the onion to the minced meat, send finely chopped greens here and pour a little water. Salt, pepper and mix well. Combine minced meat with mushrooms and mix again.

5. Drain the water from the boiled potato, beat in two eggs and mash it in mashed potatoes. Salt, add spices and mix.

6. Beat the egg in a separate bowl. With wet hands, take a little mashed potatoes, make a cake out of it and put the filling in the center. Connect the edges and form an oval eye.

7. Dip the prepared zrazy into a beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry the zrazy on both sides until golden brown in hot oil. Serve with sauce or sour cream.

Recipe 4. Potato zrazy with meat and cheese

Ingredients

kg of potatoes;

100 g of cheese;

80 g of flour;

a pinch of provencal herbs;

two yolks;

flour;

50 g butter;

lean oil;

half a kilogram of minced pork;

salt;

two bow heads;

black pepper;

half a glass of red wine.

Cooking method

1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat with onion in it until the meat becomes lighter. Salt, pepper and season with Provencal herbs, pour in the wine, mix and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated.

2. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Stuff the minced meat in a deep bowl, cool it completely, and add the cheese. Mix everything well.

3. Boil peeled potatoes in slightly salted water. Then drain the water and leave it to dry for ten minutes. Add the yolks, butter and mash well in mashed potatoes. Pour in flour and knead a uniform dough.

4. Make a cake of potato dough. Put the filling in the center and cover the edges. Form an oval eye. Roll the prepared zrazy into flour and fry until golden brown in heated oil. Put the finished zrazy on a plate and pour sour cream.

Recipe 5. Potato zrazy with meat and cabbage

Ingredients

three kg of potatoes;

kitchen salt;

minced meat - 250 g;

black and allspice;

cabbage - half a kilogram;

oregano;

two bow heads;

the bacon is fresh;

vegetable oil - 30 ml.

Cooking method

1. Peel and thoroughly wash the potatoes. The third part is boiled until soft in slightly salted water, and the rest is finely three. Grated potatoes spread in cheesecloth and squeeze well. Drain the water from the boiled potato and pass it through a meat grinder. Mix boiled and grated potatoes.

2. Put the minced meat in a preheated pan, adding a little oil, and fry until the meat changes color. Shred the cabbage and add it to the pan, mix and simmer everything together until the cabbage is soft. Turn off the heat and completely cool the meat with cabbage. Then we pass everything through a meat grinder.

3. In a separate pan, fry the chopped onion and add it to the filling. Salt, season with oregano, black and allspice and knead.

4. We make cakes from potato dough, put the filling in the middle and form oval zrazy. Then roll them into flour and dip in boiling, slightly salted water. Cook until floating.
